SIMONE ZANCHINI – MARIO MARZI – PAOLO ZANNINI (All Directions) AT PARCO ARCHEOLOGICO IN CLASSE (RAVENNA) FOR “CLASSE AL CHIARO DI LUNA”.

Simone Zanchini will play in trio with Mario Marzi (saxophones) and Paolo Zannini (piano) on July 13th 2021 ai 9 pm at Parco Archeologico di Classe for Classe al chiaro di Luna, in collaboration with Associazione “Angelo Mariani” in Ravenna. All Directions is a wonderful project born from the desire to introduce the music of artists who reached the definition of a universal language. They moved from musical phenomena strictly linked to popular character, and then filtered and made a synthesis of their own experiences in a more sophisticated and original writing. The fusion-union of the musicians’ different musical backgrounds appeared as the ideal mirror to look into, as a point of touch among emotion, instinct and personal research. The concert is dedicated mainly to the music of Astor Piazzolla, in the anniversary of 100years from his birth.
